DOCUMENTATS REQUIRED WHILE ADMISSION

A) ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL

B) ATTESTED COPY OF DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE

C) TWO PASSPORT SIZED COLOURED PHOTOGRAPH

D) ATTESTED MARK SHEET OF PREVIOUS CLASS

Note - 25% OF THE TOTAL SEATS RESERVED UNDER RTE FOR CHILDREN AT ENTRY LEVEL.

Admission And Withdrawal

1. Boys and Girls to be admitted to L.K.G. be of minimum 3 years old. An interaction of the child together with his/her parents is required prior to the admission.

2. Parents / Guardians are requested to fill the admission form with atmost accuracy. The date of birth and the other details once entered will not be changed later for any reasons whatsoever.

3. No leaving certificate is issued until all dues to the school have been cleared.

4. A student seeking admission to higher classes will be eligible for admission only if he/she has passed the admission test for that class.

School Uniform

Boys - Royal blue pants, sky blue lining shirt, black shoes, white and blue socks, school belt and tie, identity card and school monogram.

Girls - Royal blue skirt, sky blue lining shirt, black shoes, white and blue socks, school belt and tie, identity card and school monogram and white and black ribbon.

On Wednedday and Saturday - White pants / skirts, white T-shirt, white shoes, white socks, school belt, identity card and school monogram, (white hairband for girls)

Winter - Students must wear royal blue sweater and royal blue blazer with school monogram.

NB: A student who is not properly dressed may be excluded from the class.

School Hours

Summer - 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m
Winter - 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

School Fee

Queen's Academy receives no government or private aid and fees collected from students is the only source of revenue.

1. Fees are collected during School Hours. Fees is charged in every quarter of the educational session in for installment. They are likely :

1st installment Upto 10th April
2nd installment Upto 10th July
3rd installment Upto 10th October
4th installment Upto 10th January

Those who don't pay the fees on the above given schedule dates, a fine of Rs-20/-per sit in the class, till the dues are cleared.

2. If the fees are not paid in the above specified time the child will not be allowed to sit in the class, till the dues are cleared.

3. Fees are chargeable for all months.

4. Parents will kindly keep the receipts issued to them in proof of payment if needed.

5. Registration fees and admission fees are apart from the monthly fees.
